NEW EVENT: Sparring Event at Genesis!
February 18th 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Entry by cash donation with proceeds to help knock out MS. Remember to bring your food bank donation! Every little bit helps someone in need. If you caught our sparring events last year, you will remember that it's not only great entertainment, but it also helps get our young boxers ready for competition in front of an audience, so really, you are playing a big part in spurring our youth on to glory in the ring! Be there!

New Year, New Classes
Here at Genesis we want to make sure we cover all the bases - so we are offering more and more varied daytime classes to cater for everyone from youth to seniors with our new programs. See more on times and dates on our schedule or check out the following:
Dynamic Stretch
1 hour of non-impact dynamic stretches that increase balance, range of motion and muscle relaxation. The perfect antidote to tight muscles after a hard workout. Mondays and Fridays 9:15-10:15am
Lunch Hour Express
A fast-paced total body workout condensed into 45 minutes so that you can work out on your lunch hour - so now you have NO excuses! The cardio circuit style allows for each person to work at their own pace and modify in order to continuously improve. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12:00-12:45pm
Brunch n' Crunch
Balance and core strength exercises for beginners or people returning to exercise after an injury. A supportive, non-intimidating environment where each person will start by doing what is safe but challenging, and work towards personal growth and improvement. Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00-12:00pm
Step Class
Using a step, hand weights and great music, you'll work your arms, legs and core in a total body toning routine that burns calories while you shape your body!. Tuesdays 9:00am
